Post 健尔马足疗
健身未必就一定要去健身房,其实只要你有了健身意识,在日常生活中随时随地都可以健身,比如浇花,举书,收腹,爬楼梯,拖地等。
(1)项背运动:
面对沙发,双手放在扶手上,将头顶至沙发后靠背的底部,身体左右顶摆;
(2)擎腿运动:
两只单沙发对放,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],靠紧。躺入两沙发内,将双腿轮流交替向上方伸擎;
(3)托肩运动:
躺入两沙发中,两臂压在扶手上,将上身提起、放下;
(4)拧体运动:
双手扶在沙发的扶手上,身体呈俯卧状态,双腿向后伸直,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。由下向上,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],先向左拧转身体,以40~45度角度向上方扭动头颈及周身,整个肢体随头颈拧转而运动。向上时吸气,返回时呼气,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。再向右转;
(5)蹬车运动:
臀部坐在沙发前沿处,双臂扶在左右扶手上,双腿向前上方交替蹬出,如同骑自行车;
(6)蛙游运动:
同前坐式,双腿向前同时并齐伸出,再向左右分开收回;
(7)自由式游泳运动:
同前坐式,双腿做如同在水中自由式游泳时双臂向前摔拍的动作;
(Cool横向打挺运动:
站在地上,由两沙发一侧将身体躺入沙发内,像鲤鱼找挺。
(9)托体运动:
坐在沙发上,左右手臂扶住沙发扶手,将全身撑起,两腿向前方尽力伸直。反复撑起、落下;
此运动早晚各做一遍,每节次数完全凭自身意念和感觉,以舒适为宜,不要做超负荷运动,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
