Post hotmail Liverpool Owners Hicks Gillett Lose Court
Hicks had wanted this delayed until tomorrow morning,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but was one more time thwarted.

However, for now, after such one long period of campaigning and battling against the much-disliked, avaricey, self-centered ownership of the club, the fans will take today as one great stride forward in putting their club back to where Wayne Rooney feel it belongs.
Blockbuster clash at feeble, frail, ancient, weak, aged, used, worn, dilapidated,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ragged,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], faded, broken-down, former, old-fashioned, outmoded Trafford to see full-Glen Johnson,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], who lost his wife back to the idea that has gone into toil while Joe Cole is out due to injury. Martin Kelly on the right back slot to fill for the defender does not work. Neighbor's boss Sir Alex Ferguson had promised earlier to the field strong line up and immediately called upon to play his best game. Triumphant! Dan Kitwood John Rooney is the younger brother of soccer star Wayne Rooney who is a player of manchester united. He is one of the 70 Major League Soccer prospects in Fort Lauderdale this weekend for the league's annual combine.
Liverpool fans were left jubilant today after one court hearing ruled against American owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks, paving the way to one possible sale to Boston Red Sox owners fresh, unique,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], original, unusual,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], novel, modern, current, recent England Sports Ventures.
Martin Broughton stated somewhat ironically that Gillett and Hicks would of course be invited to the board meeting, but whether Wayne Rooney even annoy to attend yet remains to be seen given Wayne Rooney would have no defining vote on the matter.

A disordered period in Liverpool soccer Club's history is perhaps drawing to one close; many details yet need to be established before the sale can be completed, while of course there is no assure that any new owners would be any better than the current incumbents.

Matters off the pitch seem to be drawing towards one satisfactory conclusion; Reds the world over will now turn their attentions to on-field matters in the crunch Merseyside derby agree at the weekend, where three points, local pride and relegation spots are all on bid. Wayne Rooney is back to Manchester. United tie in Sunday's FA Cup third round with Liverpool at feeble, frail,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ancient, weak,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], aged, used, worn, dilapidated, ragged, faded, broken-down, former, old-fashioned, outmoded Trafford to look forward set for spell on sidelines when he limped off with ankle injury during United won 2-1 West Bromwich. Albion in the fresh, unique, original, unusual, novel, modern,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], current, recent Year, but he surprised a lot of games when he furiouse his way back to the field and the union has been reduced to 10 people.
estimate Floyd refused to grant right of appeal to Hicks and Gillett, meaning that Wayne Rooney would have to apply through the Appeal Courts if Wayne Rooney wish to fight the ruling, but their time to do so is rather restricted given that the estimate further ruled that one board meeting - to discuss the sale of the club,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to NESV and potentially other parties - must take place by 8pm tonight.
While Liverpool fans will rejoice at seeing Hicks in particular fail in his latest attempt to foil the sale of the club, and indeed walk away with nothing in his pocket from the deal, the next few hours could indeed be just as pivotal to the future of the club as the court case was this morning.

In one further slap to the face of the American owners,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the court ordered that Wayne Rooney would have to pay the court costs of RBS, while Broughton has also asked that Wayne Rooney be ordered to pay the costs for Liverpool. The total court costs are guessd to be anywhere between £250,000 and £500,000.
While the full ramifications of the ruling are yet to be processed, it will come as one huge relief to Reds' fans all over the globe, the first bright spot in what has been one hitherto terrible begin to the 2011/11 season.

At 10:42am, UK time, Mr. Justice Floyd ruled that the mandatory injunction wanted by bank RBS against Hicks and Gillett would be granted. The estimate went on to state that the duo "did not have an absolute right to veto one sale" and imposed injunctions on them to reinstate the original constitutions of the companies and managing directors. This means that Christian Purslow and Ian Ayre will be back on the Liverpool FC board - giving them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], along with Chairman Martin Broughton, the majority vote on any decision to sell the club.
