Post 健尔马足疗
 燥为秋季所主,称为秋燥。当久晴未雨,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],气候干燥,空气湿度下降时,自然界六淫之一的燥热病邪就趁虚入侵机体。燥邪首先犯肺,先伤肺津,次伤胃津,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],如继续发展可耗伤肝肾阴液。由于秋燥致病主要原因是耗伤津液,故治疗主要是滋阴润燥,透解燥邪。
  燥在肺部:发热头痛,微恶风寒,口鼻干燥,咳嗽无痰,咽痛而干。治以辛散甘润。可用以下食疗方。
  桑杏饮 桑叶10克,杏仁5克,北沙参15克,川贝3克,梨皮15克,冰糖3克,煎水代茶饮,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
  宁嗽定喘饮 山药50克,甘蔗汁30克,酸石榴汁15克,生鸡蛋黄4个。先将山药煎取清汤,再将另外三味调入汤中,分3次温服。
  燥伤胃津:口干、尿少、饮食不佳或有干呕。治以养胃润燥。可用以下食疗方。
  雪梨浆 以甜水梨1个,切成薄片,于凉开水中浸半日,时时频饮,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
  五汁饮 用梨汁、荸荠汁、鲜苇根汁、麦冬汁、藕汁和匀凉服。
  郁李仁粥 郁李仁10克,大米60克。以水100毫升研郁李仁,滤取汁,加水至1000毫升,加入大米煮粥食之。
  芝麻粥 白芝麻10克,大米30克,砂糖或白蜜适量。先将芝麻炒出香味,研碎,另煮米成粥,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],临熟调入芝麻、砂糖或白蜜。
  燥伤肝肾:形体消瘦,皮肤干而无泽,盗汗,五心烦热,低热或干咳痰中带血。治以滋阴养血。可用以下食疗方。
  牛乳饮 鲜牛乳一杯,加热后服之。
  天门冬粥 天门冬30克,大米50克,煮粥食用。
  海参粥 海参20克,大米50克。将海参与大米同煮粥食之。
