拥有紧实的大腿
侧卧在地板上,上腿曲膝并采在地板上,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],保持身体前后平衡,下腿伸直放松时至于地板上,用力时上抬并配合吐气,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
预防腰痛及臀部训练

体侧腰部运动
身体侧坐,单手扶在脑后,另一手置于体侧,吸气。一边吐气,一边抬高脑后手臂的手肘,使体侧部位伸直。本动作可以伸展体侧两边的肌肉,使腰部变细。
腹部运动
