国机资产管理公司挂牌重组四企业资源
《第一财经日报》1月27日从中国机械工业集团公司（国机集团）获悉，该公司下属的国机资产管理公司26日在京成立并挂牌。国机集团人士向《第一财经日报》透露：“组建国机资产管理公司,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，是集团适应央企调整优化布局结构的重要战略。未来新公司将围绕集团改革重组的要求，通过管理运营剥离资产、非核心资产,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，托管困难企业和处置不良资产，为集团完成产业结构调整、成长为国际大企业做好服务。” 据《第一财经日报》了解，国机资产管理公司由北京华隆、中国机械对外经济技术合作总公司、机翔房地产开发公司、中机机械基础件成套技术有限公司四家公司整合而成。其中北京华隆为国机集团全资子公司,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，主业为机电行业。中国机械对外经济技术合作总公司为国机集团下属公司，主要功能为资产管理和资产经营。机翔房地产隶属于国机集团，主业为房地产业。中机机械基础件成套技术有限公司人士向《第一财经日报》表示：“我们的主业为轴承。由于国机资产管理公司刚挂牌，目前新公司正式运营将在随后展开。”
