Competition will be everywhere at Browns training camp this summer. It should be fun to watch the day to day battles in the secondary.

Ryan Miller was born on 17th July 1980. He is an American ice hockey goaltender and is currently playing for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League NHL. He was selected to play for the US hockey team in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games ice hockey game in Vancouver Canada in the position of starting goaltender. Ryan Miller won a silver medal with the team and was named most valuable player of the tournament. He would win the Vezina Trophy as the best goaltender in the last NHL season. Ryan Miller is known for his hybrid style of goaltending and is also the older brother of current Detroit Red Wings winger Drew Miller. Matt Sullivan After the 2006 season, Miller became a restricted free agent and waived his right to arbitration. On 8th Sept 2006 the Sabres announced that they have resigned Miller to a 3 year contract.

Ward and Asante are punishing hitters,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which are something the Browns defense has lacked for years. Adams are versatile, and can play both safety and corner while Ventrone sees most of his action on special teams. Elam had better step up his game if they wants to continue as a starter. Play making has not been his strength.
Cleveland had very little depth at the safety position last year. This year should be different. Rookies T.J.Ward and Larry Asante will join Elam,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Adams, and Ray Ventrone in what should be a competition to watch.
Brodney Pool and Abe Elam manned the safety positions for most of the season,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with Adams seeing plenty of time as well. Pool has since moved on to the New York Jets. Elam, who had no interceptions in 16 starts, returns.
Whoever emerges as the starters at the cornerback positions, the Browns should be better off than they were last season. Cleveland should be deep and talented at the corners.
Competition should be fierce between rookie first round pick Joe Haden and veterans Brown,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Wright, and McDonald for the starting corner spots. Second year member Coye Francies are also in the picture.

The Browns made it very clear they were not pleased with last year's play in the secondary by taking a corner and two safeties in this year’s draft. Cleveland also made a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles for veteran cornerback Sheldon Brown.
