昨晚差某多2点先睡,未睡之前开始落雨了,人工降雨.睡落床一阵间.听到好大声雷声.好明显,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],打雨炮某有甘大声.不过今日好多人讲系打雨炮,我都某知道系某系..本来想起床拔网线的,不过谂谂,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],算了.旧的不去,新的不来.哈哈..继续睡觉了.天气有D冻冻,好好睡.一觉睡到10点零钟,人家打电话我卑我先知道醒.早餐都未吃.去网吧罗身份证,前两日帮BB办卡放身份证采网吧了.家下罗去邮局提货..然后出去做D工.到了快12点先回去吃野.早餐中午一齐吃.又省一餐...都某色几好养.吃完野又要开工啦..到四海铺头做工,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],做到差不多4点.再去客户屋企搞只系统...4点25分搞掂..之后去黄李记吃碗螺丝粉,来上班.又系平平淡淡的一日.上班,我去对面稳人家倾计了,等老板打电话先回来.哈哈..之后一直T电影咯...日日都甘无聊...之前一直想学打羽毛球,准备跟肥仔去打羽毛球了..反正近排都好无聊.运动运动.健康先系最大的财富.俗话说,无病就是福....死咯,肚饿了..春子办..去稳野吃先...仲有只几钟先得落班...吃啥好呢?

2006.11.21The Court of Appeal pointed out that R and F's submission in the county court was of overt, conscious racism, and it was not prepared to find that there had been unconscious discrimination.The decisionThe Court of Appeal said that, unlike the ordinary civil claim where the judge decides, on the claimant's evidence only, whether the claimant has made out a case, in this case the judge had had the benefit of the whole of the evidence. Despite the school's failure to comply with the statutory requirements, the judge had been entitled to find on the basis of all the evidence that R and F had not proved racial discrimination.
